We at Artisna are in need of Customer Support Executives who will be required to answer incoming calls from customers. The candidate is expected to solve various queries relating to all the beauty and fragrance products that we store. From taking orders to taking complaints; they should be able to handle everything fluidly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls to provide valuable and relevant information about our beauty products and services
  • Taking or cancelling orders on time to maintain seamless services
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Obtaining details of customers and updating the database for record keeping
  • Inviting and registering any and all complaints
  • Keeping track of customer interactions and transactions
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments
  • Performing suitable actions and recording the same
  • Following up timely on appropriate actions taken on customer requests
  • Transferring unresolved grievances to respective departments

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Capacity to handle stress well
  • Highly responsive
  • Swift thought process
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in language
  • High school pass in any discipline
  • Graduate (not obligatory)

  • Should report timely to the team lead
